my web page at uq is up and has a few problems which are fixable.

worked on journal pages and web site in general. spoke to hiram about the qut server and the inability of the server to handle my files at the moment. bill the webmaster thinks that it is going to clog up the server loading and unloading gif animations. sent ammended uq web pages via hyperftp to uq server.
