met donna confetti, mfa student in the lab, also tim who is working with the mandala program.
transfered my netscape files and some gallery files onto the lab computer, and tried to output to video without success-keith was not about but i tried to sort it out without success.
tried the elastic reality program and a couple of other little things on the computer.
attended the research seminar on hybrid arts at e214, a good sized theatre for the performance in may.
a lively discussion followed various reports of some very seemingly post modern projects, except that the defining and explaining and deliberate attempts to keep the work open seemed to set it in modernist cement.
attended post-graduates get together and met many of the fine arts and drama post grads.

spent most of the day trying to contact the people at poetry-tv and the national poetry association in california.
they have had a cine-poetry or poetry movie festival for 21 years and seem to be on about what i am on about in terms of moving poetry.
tried to contact george aguilar@gamuse.com. without success, but did get onto the page that led me to po-tv.
tried unsuccessfully to download moviestar, a plug-in which streams quicktime movies so it starts to show the movie/soundtrack before it's fully downloaded.-it's close to real time.
