downloaded cu-seeme, a video-tele-conferencing free software program.
also reinstalled my quickcam, 4 bit black and white digital video camera.
also downloaded midigraphy software to write midi files which the quicktime midiplayer plugin and quicktime musical instruments extension very economically turn into music when the html embed tag is read by a browser, yet another way to liven up a page with relatively small memory requirements, loading in realtime.
