this is a movie made at 5fps, limiting its data flow to 10k/sec, then into movieplayer to make it a flattened quicktime movie.
as you can see it doesn't play, although it seems to load.
it would seem the moviestar treatment is absolutely necessary.
even tried to split the audio and video to see if it would stream faster
