this movie was made with premiere at 15 fps with maximum image compression, cinepak at a data flow of 100k/sec. it doesn't work. spent some time remaking the movie in many ways to reduce the size of the file and still retain the integrity of the piece whilst loading it fairly quickly, firstly reduced the frame rate, the audio at 5 and 11 khz, etc.
