a performance at driver high school for 120 year eights and some year twelves, followed by an enthusiastic workshop with 20 year eights. michael drove me to the roma coffee bar, i met steve holiday there. went to abc radio for a live to air interview on 8ddd about the glenti festival. carmel young also recorded some poems for playing in the week preceeding glenti. also did an interview with tony collins for 3jjj creatures of the spotlight and other radio national programs on cyberpoetry. after the abc i went to find terry whitebeach the territory writing officer, we had coffee and a chat. i then went to find steve holiday at the green room darwin hotel where the darwin poets meet at happy hour. met fred, brian, rosalin, we talked poetry till late.

a performance at dripstone high school, year eights, about 150 in a large carpeted open area. seemed like lots of kids of greek background at this school. hired a video to rehearse the sunday performance. met the darwin green room poets as usual around 5pm. went to dinner with terry whitebeach.
