margaret and i worked out how to configure the computer at qut so that it can speak text, (the extensions had been turned off), and how to write instructions so that the mac will speak designated text on web pages using the talker plug-in for netscape. also thought it would be good to author this journal in netscape html. instead of hypercard, so it could be a possible page in any possible site i might set up. also thought that mandala is getting less attractive (heavy demand for it during volt), and researching ways of performinmg my cyberpoems on the net is getting more attractive as i delve further into writing html. documents.
